Well, it's a story about a rock band and a fan / come journalist that has just been given the brake of her life.....or so she thinks! Started off a bit slow as we were introduced to the characters, but once it picked up, there was no looking back. 1970s is the era, and of course sex, drugs and rock and roll prevail. Dawn's career as a music journalist has just been given a major boost with an exciting offer and at the same time success was in abundance for her favourite band tat she had just been asked to write an article on This was all a dream come true for Dawn. For the band life couldn't be much better. You have to be careful what you wish for...sometimes the idols we admire aren't as awesome close up ;) A compelling, sometimes scary story with a paranormal twist lurking in the background. It doesn't exactly have a HEA either, but you are left with hope and once you get close to the end of this book, that's about as much as you could hope for!
