WOW!
This book came highly recommended but I wondered why in the initial chapters, it just started off so slow. It wasn't long before the pace picked up and then I just couldn't put it down!
Safe Haven was just that, a lovely coastal town with all that a Erin could hope for. She just wasn't sure that life could be or remain this perfect.
Alex is a patient, caring father to his children and friend to her, his children are well adjusted and endearing. How could she resist and keep them all safe?
Kevin slowly spiralled into a psychotic spin, reality blurred and his obsession ruled his world. Eventually his behaviour would be noticed.
Interesting twist at the end, I was told that it was there but not what it was and I didn't pick it until it was almost revealed.
Have the tissues ready for the emotional packed ending....
Keen to see Safe Haven at the movies in February 2013!
